The manifest destiny will be the advancement of technology. Wether it would be AI because in this era it is not perfected but it is starting to be. Several videos have shown working "robots" with emotions ,but still lack the look of humans. In other words, the appearance is there , it is just not perfect. Furthermore , there could be self driving cars and solar cars. On shark tank, there was an idea of solar cars that would save lots of energy and there would be no more harmful gasses. The theory of self driving cars could be perfected with Google and Tesla.
