I am proud of myself for the hard work that I put in this semester. I am really upset that last time that I took this course I did not do such a great job. It was really sad and a bit depressing that in the end I could no longer be at my school and finish off the year strong. My favorite tech tool was zoom because if I hadn't used it here than I would be having a more difficult time figuring out how to make meeting with co- workers. I also loved getting introduced and included in ClassDojo. It basically let me add my students that I had either in interventions or reading groups. If I am being honest the only two that I saw during my observations and such were:
1. Need to be monitoring kids a lot since sometimes they tend to get off track and get sidetracked.
2. Unfairness of who gets access to such resources. I am refering to Lexia, even though now it is accessible to all students it wasnt like that before. They would only offer the program to a limited amount of students.
