The message of The Fisherman and The Turtle is,not to be greedy. One example is when the Fisherman tells his wife that he found a magic turtle and he wished for 4 fish his wife said you selfish man go find that turtle and make us rich. Then when it was done and he went home he asked his wife "Are you happy",she answered "For now". My second reason is that the wife was rich but she wanted power and she made the fisherman go find the turtle and make her king.
