I had recently studied abroad in Bali, Indonesia and wanted to create a piece about the culture shock of returning to the United States. I used hex fiend in this project to zest up my images before further glitching them in Affinity Photo. I used a lot of repeating elements and the blend tools heavily. Why I Want to Work @ Padlet: I have always been incredibly passionate about the crossroads of education and creativity and I feel that Padlet harnesses these groups into a cohesive space. I love the inclusion of accessibility, and believe this is an important piece of creating a safe space for learning and growth. While I am applying for the Head of Content role, I would truly be interested in any position that seems well placed for me at this organization, as I feel our values align! As a creative soul deciding between entering the graphic design space or the education space, I feel as though Im a perfect fit!
