Educators need to have patience with other educators, learners and themselves. A mindset that has taken many years to develop and create will not shift into a new mindset automatically. It is important to build and maintain this community so that it may grow along with you as an educator. It is easy to become isolated and begin to think that your vocation is you in an island on your own.
