Arroz concón is an arroz dish that originates from the Spanish Conquest. When the masters did not want the "burnt" part of rice then the servants would eat it. The upside of this though was that the arroz never tasted burnt instead it was a crunchy texture. This rice is eaten with all forms of carne y pollo. Yes, I would try this dish because it seems like it tastes like a hashbrown.
