Eating unhealthy foods, spending to much time online, and not exercising are all ways that people are unhealthy and displace a negative outlook on life, themselves and the things around them. My younger sister normally doesn't have homework so when she comes home from school she gets a unhealthy snack normally of candy then sits on the couch and watches tv and plays on her phone. She will do this for hours since she doesn't have anything else to do. When I'm done with my homework or I'm going to take a break I normally come downstairs and we go outside and jump on the trampoline or get some exercise. When we do that we are physically exercising and we aren't on any social media so it is good for our health also since we are communicating it is good for us.
