Thư Hiên always spoke of you with so much affection. We were truly happy at the thought of you continuing to guide the children in Grade 2, but sadly, fate has taken that chance away. We pray that you rest in heaven, always watching over and guiding the children. They will miss you dearly.

Con là Minh Trang, con cảm ơn thầy đã dạy môn Khoa học cho con, nên giờ con mới có những hiểu biết như vậy. Con rất yêu thích môn Khoa học mà thầy dạy ạ. Thầy hay cho chúng con chơi những trò chơi thú vị như chuyền gối, làm thí nghiệm…

Khi con biết thầy mất, con rất buồn vì thầy là thầy giáo con rất yêu quý. Điều con mong nhất là được gặp thầy ở năm học mới thì lại không được nữa rồi.

Thank you for taking care of me and making our class so much fun. First grade was the last time I got to see you. You were always there for me when I was sad, and you would sing songs to make everyone in the class laugh. When we weren't ready to start class, you were always so gentle and kind and happy.

You taught me to be good and to follow the rules of the class. You always reminded us about the rules, and little by little, we got better. The students at Vinschool always loved you.

I'm in second grade now, so I won't make you sad or worried like you had to remind me so many times in first grade. I hope you are healthy and lucky and handsome and that you are following your own path. I am a good student for both Uncle Ho and for you. If I do something good, I will send you another letter.
