However, we simultaneously try to believe that one is innocent until proven guilty. This challenges moral as the judicial system doesn't always permit the right to a speedy trial. Elijah McClain, for example, still has not received justice. There has not been enough light for his case. He was murdered while walking home at night. Breonna Taylor, while sleeping in her own home, was murdered. Her case needs to be looked into more. Trayvon Martin got his justice. George Zimmerman was charged for second-degree murder.
