Organizing a reading group about L&T - we could have a bi-monthly book or a monthly paper (recent!). We could have by theme or by disciplinary area: Arts, Sciences, Social Sciences, Health etc.
Conduct more research in Learning and Teaching in Higher Education - involve faculty
Create space for new projects to be developed with the faculty - consider the team expertise and what we think it should be done
Establish means of communication that are more direct, less involve fewer barriers and are less administrative.
