Health is something that is extremely important to me, health is about being mentally, physically and emotionally able to function at my best. Having a healthy mentality is thinking positive, a good mindset about everything and having little stress. Physically healthy to me is giving your body the fuel it needs, such as eating good food, drinking lots of water and exercising. Emotional health to me is knowing and understanding when I am burnt out, knowing that I have had enough of negative energy and listening to what my soul needs.

I feel as though 12.3 – clinicians adhere to high ethical standards and are committed to the principles of: person-centred care and family-focused care; access and equity; quality and safety; dignity and respect; and effective communication when providing culturally responsive care to people from migrant and refugee backgrounds is something that I value highly. Everyone should be treated with the same respect no matter what their background or their beliefs. It makes me very sad and uncomfortable when I witness people being mistreated as they do not deserve to be going through something like that just because of their belief. When entering the workplace I want to treat everyone with the same amount of respect that I would like to be treated with.
