She doesn't like cooking for herself so she has fallen in the trap of eating processed/frozen foods. She should invite people over to dinner or lunch and cook for them and herself so she gets more social interaction and eats healthier. </div>]]></description>

That would be an easy way to introduce her to a whole food diet, would give her more energy, and might help her constipation and indigestion. A lifestyle change I would suggest is to increase her activity to every day, perhaps trying something new like a gentle yoga class and ideally with others for social connections. The local Y or community center would be a good place to look for a class with like-minded people. </div>]]></description>

One night, she may consider inviting her son to dinner as he  lives close, or even a different friend. </div>]]></description>

         <title>I would try hydrating in different ways...maybe starting dinner out with a friend with sparkling water and limiting alcohol intake to one glass of wine/sparkling wine or try to only drink when out with friends vs at home in front of tv.  Would also consider a mocktail or kombucha for a change as well.  Signing up for a healthy vegetarian cooking class with a friend might be worth a try.</title>

         <title>I would cut out on the carbohydrates, such as  pasta, breads and cookies,  I would also limit liquids high in sugar.  For example: if I wanted to enjoy a glass of red wine with dinner, I would not have oj or any other beverage with sugar.  I would stick to tea or coffee w/o sugar, and have water with fresh squeezed lemon or lime.   I would also add more protein to the meal, such as salmon or a tuna.</title>

These types of clubs will either go to foodie style restaurants or will partake in a cooking activity together and eat together.  It will widen her food choices, which then can influence what she eats throughout the day, and reduce the loneliness factor.</p>]]></description>
