We should tell them to stop and don’t take the smoking device, tell him to think about the consequences of smoking or vaping and than tell him the consequences of smoking and stop him from smoking.

We can also introduce him to other healthy methods to reduce stress (e.g. drawing, listening to music, going out for a walk, journaling etc.) and assure him that he can talk to a trusted adult or friend.

Dan should walk alway from his elder brother and his friends and step back and think about his actions about smoking. If he smokes, it will cause him to get addicted and health issues like lung problem will come to him. He would also hurt the people that love him by damaging his health. Dan can try to convince his brother and friends to stop smoking. If his brother and friends are still eager to make him smoke, he can tell a trusted adult like parents to seek help
