Occupations involved in the operation of power-driven circular saws, band saws and guillotine shears. Occupations involved in the manufacture of chemicals. Occupations involving exposure to radioactive substances and to ionizing radiation. The kids weren't aloud to deal with any sharp things because risk of injury or even getting killed. Child Labor upsetted them because they had to work 16 hour shifts and only had one break and it was only 40 minutes long. The conditions at the factories were very bad there were a lot of sickness going around and trash was all over the place and just a terrible place to be around.
