         <description><![CDATA[<div>Practice Good Nutrition:<br>- This means eating healthy foods and eating the correct amounts of each food group<br>- It's beneficial because it helps to maintain a healthy body weight and helps prevent medical conditions<br>- Junk foods could get in the way of this, because they are everywhere and are very tempting<br><br>Good Physical Activity:<br>- This would look like going to the gym, or going for runs. It could also include other physical activities, such as biking or sports.<br>- It's beneficial because it also plays a part in maintaining a healthy weight and prevents medical conditions<br>- Not having a lot of free time could get in the way of this.</div>]]></description>

         <description><![CDATA[<div>Be Optimistic:<br>- This means looking on the bright side of things, and seeing the good in things instead of simply focusing on the negative. For example, think about getting to see your friends at school instead of the negative things about being at school.<br>- This is beneficial because it can drastically help your mental health, and it can help you have a better quality of life.<br>- Having a mental illness or disorder could hinder this, or being in bad circumstances could make it difficult.<br><br>Maintain Close Relationships:<br>- This means not isolating yourself, and talking to friends and family when you can. You could also join social groups.<br>- It's beneficial because it improves quality of life, and these people can provide help if you need it.<br>- Having a mental illness or disorder could stop this, or not having a lot of free time. Being in bad circumstances could also make this difficult.</div>]]></description>

         <description><![CDATA[<div>Play Games:<br>- Playing games that involve knowledge or creativity, including trivia games or puzzles and online quizzes.<br>- This is beneficial because it can improve your knowledge, and it improves your mental health and quality of life.<br>- Being unable to focus (because of various reasons) could prevent this, or not having the time or resources to do this.<br><br>Read a Book:<br>- This means reading a book for enjoyment when you have free time.<br>- It can help you learn new words, imagine new places and people, boost creativity, and have more empathy and understanding for others.<br>- Not having the resources to acquire books could prevent this, along with not being able to read well or not having free time.</div>]]></description>
