I agree with 3 type of assesmentment:
Formative Assessment, Self-assessment and Summative Assessment.

Dr. Luis Valente is right that  self- and peer assessment can help students to move away from seeing teachers as the only source of judgement on the quality of their learning.

I was amazed that Reyhan used to social media networks, such as Twitter, Facebook and LinkedIn. She is really amazing skillful teacher who explain her way of successful  teaching step by step. It is her own discovery to classroom of 21 century school.
I use some of these similar tools and learn about them myself.
Impossibly is teacher collaboration without them, I mean the world teacher communication.

I  agree with the benefits and challenges highlighted by Professor Butler. She said very right: European Schoolnet Academy brings together teachers from all over the world. Teachers, who would like better situation in the classrooms.

Of course, agree  with the list of skills and conditions cited as necessary for teacher collaboration in the schools. 
They need knowledge,
they need attitudes around wanting to collaborate, 
they need to have the skills for communication, for working with others, dealing with conflict,
they need to have a motivation, so there has to be something there that motivates them to want to work together.
About leadership in school institution:
In actual fact - the teachers need to do a lot of groundwork ahead of time in order to ensure that a group will work together one of the most important things is that there has to be a task or goal that they all have.

I use technology for the purpose of collaborating with other teachers. Of course I use to for ‘sending and displaying’, as mentioned in the video. I share documents, videos – share anything we want, using mails, eTwinning platform, Skype and ect.

I agree that it is challenging to find time for teacher collaboration within a school day. It is my difficult experiance to find time and place when I have possibility for fast exchange of ideas.
