At my previous school, I co-lead multiple annual fund raising events such as this one. For as long as I can remember, I have been an active leader in any group project I've taken part in. I have been my classes representative for 5 years because I don’t give up I listen to others and I make sure me and my groups gets what we want in the end. I also get along with almost everyone very easily. I love listening to others what I would hate most would be for anyone in this group to feel like their voice isn’t heard. I have been my class monitor since grade 4 by vote every year. I may appear shy or quiet at first, but I am serious about these things; I have led one large event and served as the representative for that event, which was for one of the institutes in Slemani; I have led a newtoz project in the same institute; I have four certificates in leading and teamwork; and I have participated in a leadership course offered by one of Germany's successful companies. I will ensure that everything is done in full view of everyone and that no one is left out. I am a self-assured, loyal, and active listener. I'm open to any suggestions, and I'm a terrific teammate and supporter.
