         <description><![CDATA[<div>It is celebrated to honor ancestors who have died. On November 1st the celebration is for the children. On November 2nd the adults are celebrated. This cultural event is meant to be a joyful and honorable event celebrating life and is not a time to mourn.</div>]]></description>
