I think that even though our society is moving into more technological phase, that we should still incorporate both kinds of testing. If we got rid of everything on paper, people would begin to think that writing is not important to our society; and vice versa with the use of online tests. Therefore the integrating of both should always be used.

From my experience when students are asked to take test online, they are more likely to rush through their work, and not take time to work out the problems. Therefore I fill like paper tests are more effective for the students.

I like the idea of paper a lot better than online. Technology is very beneficial and convenient, but I think it is very important for students to know how to use a textbook, paper, and pencil. Technology is used with the majority of the things in a classroom anymore, so I think keeping tests on paper is the best thing for students.

I feel that it can be done both ways. I think that Math test should be done on paper, because the teacher can see what they missed in their work. What the students need help with. Any other subjects can be done online, but I would also recommend doing paper test to see what they missed. I do believe that having practice test online is a great way for studying, because the student gets immediate feedback.

I feel like paper tests really challenge the knowledge of students because they have to study the material. Online tests make it easier for the student to cheat. But if you give the student less time on the online test it won't give them much time to look up the answer. Also, I feel like in much harder tests you need a little help when taking a test because it's already stressful enough. The students should get to choose which they are more comfortable with.
