We also started reading a new story called "Marigolds", and answered some questions on it.  This week we also learned about indefinite pronouns. We learned about different endangered and invasive species. As the presentations were happening, we had to take notes on a chart given. We had to fill in the name of the organism, biome, phylum, class, order, diet, predator, etc. As the presentations went on, I was able to see similarities on the phylum, class, and order of different animals. The day after the presentations were done, we started a paper about the Global Carbon Cycle. Our knew lesson/ topic, that we will be learning, is going to include different types of cycles. I learned that there is a certain way of how each line has to be drawn, according to what the situation says. For example, when you have a distance and time graph and have stopped, you draw a horizontal line. We also worked on our speed racers projects for the last couple of minutes of class. We also played board battles on graphing the situations and rate of change of a table.
