We work together sharing ideas and supporting one another in our shared mission of providing differentiated learning experiences for all students. We are present at meetings and follow our essential agreements.</p><p><br/></p><p>• Positive Classroom Environment: The team has created a positive and inclusive classroom environment where students feel safe, supported, and motivated to learn. The development of mixed workshops across the grade has enhanced student centred learning opportunities, to build friendships, cooperation and communication skills.</p><p><br/></p><p>• Positive Team Dynamics: Our team is getting along with each other, and it is a supportive work environment. We have bonded over homemade baked good, chocolate and team outings. The team feels they are in a safe space to share and discuss. The team acts effectively with a shared focus for learning. Meetings are productive and roles are shared. We like to laugh and have a joke with each other.</p><p><br/></p>]]></description>

         <description><![CDATA[<p>We have come a long way in our interpretation of team members' comments, allowing space for different communication styles and the assumption of positive intent. It allows for more professional disagreements and moving forward without the tension of 'taking it personally' although there is still room to grow!</p>]]></description>
