I'm thinking of an example / non-example format for each core subject. Basically the teacher uses Essay Review as a reflective exercise for the students.
1. Student uploads essay to ER
2. They completer a google form with the following prompts/questions once they receive their reviewed essay
 - Copy and paste overall summary from the tutor
 - After reading all of the comments left on your argument, what strengths in your writing did the tutor point out? 
 - After reading all of the comments left on your argument, what areas did the tutor point out that you need to improve upon?
-Do you agree with most of the suggestions from the tutor? Explain.
-In your own words, explain, was the paper you submitted ready to be turned in for a grade? 
-Explain how you feel about using Paper for essay reviews.
-What is your overall reaction to this new platform (Paper) available to you?
-Do you feel you will use Paper for Live Tutoring? Specifically thinking, during small group time or independent work time, students could be using the platform when the teacher is pulling small groups. Complete a gradual release so students feel comfortable logging in on their own.
