For our group, we will have a group leadership we are all leaders as a class so there is no conflict between each other and everyone looks out for each other.

Rules will be decided by the group such what time everyone will be back from expeditions and such. Same with punishments if someone is to go against the group and do something to hinder or sabotage efficiency and order in the group.
