Not only would doing this help students academically student would be able to talk to their friends in the hallway more than just a simple hello. And last of all student would not have to stress about getting tardy or detention.

For example, instead of running from 2 minutes to 6 minutes, we could run from 2 minutes to 4 minutes. Or instead of running 10 minutes to 17 minutes, we could run from 10 minutes to 13 minutes.
