         <description><![CDATA[<div><br></div><div><strong>  1. The gods of the Yoruba tribe may vary from community to community. They have three main gods. They are the Olorun,eshu and the ifa. The Olorun is the main god . he is known as the Creator. The eshu is the messenger and the ifa is the interpreter.  Believers of the tribe don’t believe in Islam or Christianity although they may have some things in Common. 20 percent of the people in the tribe practice slam and Christianity. It is Known as the Yoruba Religion.</strong></div><div><strong>Another Tradition is when a Yoruba is in Court, he/she have to swear and kiss a machete which is sacred to a god name Ogun. Ogun is the god of war.</strong></div><div>2.<strong><em>These traditions help the yoruba to be truthful and to believe that their god will be there with them when they are in need.</em></strong></div><div><br><br></div><div><br></div>]]></description>
