I normally do not download Adaptive reports or sheets (I only download excel files from the PSR). I'd like to learn the value of using Adaptive to download excel reports as it sounds like several folks use that feature often!

Learned how often Microstrategy updates! Still unclear about 5-level charge codes and how those roll up. I'm planning to play around in reports to see what those look like for my projects and staff.

Would like to know more about the other softwares (for pricing/costing/financial tracking, invoicing) that PMs don't use but I think PAs do? For example, I don't know what CASPER is, and I know what Microstrategy is but I don't know what PSR stands for.

1-2 things I learned:

1. We have a labor utilization report available to cross-reference forecasted time and actuals (awesome)

Suggestions:

Collect insights from PA's -- they're our go-to when it comes to budgeting and often guide us along the way. Perhaps they can share their perspective on what we need extra support with (because I know we need help). Common reminders, common mistakes, etc. :)
Zoom chat -- PM chat is great, perhaps we can have a designated person add updates/"did you know" section in the chat once we have NEW changes. For example, I was recently made aware of the new deliverables upload process, then was notified PA's help when I historically submit deliverables for our project.
