         <description><![CDATA[<div>Jovy Alexandre  10 23 2020<br><br>Some signs someone might be dealing with mental disorder/illness is if they're distancing themselves from loved ones, have uncontrollable emotions, or are taking bad influence.<br><br>A coping strategy is a way to block out the negatives. For example, if you were to have fun it would distract you from your sad emotions or feelings.<br><br>A positive mindset is where you aren't down on yourself and feel positive about the world and your feelings, this might help coping with life's challenges because your mindset can help focus on fixing the negatives.<br><br>If you are worried about a loved one's mental health, you should suggest they get help and make sure they do.</div>]]></description>

         <description><![CDATA[<div>Aidan Vilama 10/23/2020<br>-Some signs that someone might be dealing with a mental health disorder or illness is if they try to avoid people and friends, usually trying not to talk to anyone they see.<br><br>-A coping strategy is something used to help you to turn negative cycles and thoughts into positive ones. One example is trying to reframe different thoughts. To do this you must think about thoughts you are having and ask yourself if they are helping you. Try being kind and encouraging to yourself, like a friend.<br><br>-A positive mindset is a mindset that can keep and you going and pushing you forward, focusing on the positive things rather than the negative things. You don't bring yourself down, but instead bring yourself up for the better, and it helps you know that even if you didn't do your best, you still tried, and you will work harder for next time to do better. It can help you cope with life's challenges as it influences growth so that you can do better. <br><br>-If I am worried about the mental health of a friend or loved one, you can try to get them to think about the positive things and spend time with them so that you know that they are feeling better, as many times people need someone to talk to when they are going through things.</div>]]></description>

         <description><![CDATA[<div>Christian Wray 10/23/2020                                                                                                                                                                    1.Isolating themselves from things they like, or usually do for 3 days                                                                                            Unobservable, Acting strange but not by friends or people that person knows.                                                                           2.A coping strategy is something you can do to interrupt negative thoughts, or eliminate them whole, a coping strategy that you can use or tell someone is meditating.( Close your eyes and sit down on something comfortable, think of something happy, and it may take a while but you will forget all your negative thoughts)                                                         3.A positive mindset is like a growth mindset ( not usually negative like a fixed mindset ), if something bad happens you know how to deal with it , and control yourself.                                                                                                                           4.Help them, because they might not know how to help themselves, and teach them how to use coping strategies, eventually they will learn, and they wont lose it , they will then have a positive mindset.  </div>]]></description>

Coping refers to the thoughts and actions we use to deal with a  threatening situation. An example is wishing a bad feeling to go away or to just avoid it.<br><br>3. A positive mindset is when you block any negative feelings and just focusing on positive things.<br><br>4.You should start worrying about the when you see a change in them and when you notice they aren't acting like they used to.
