Current recognisable issue:
Our classmates don't seem to know each other very well due to separation during lessons. 

Intended outcome:
We want everyone in the class to know at everyone in the class.

When do we achieve this outcome?:
By the end of term 3

Why this outcome?:
We want the class to be more united and build friendships with each as much as possible.

Who are going to help achieve this outcome?:
Class Comm EXCO

How are we going to help the group to achieve the outcome?:
1. We will conduct a show and tell activity
2. We will group our classmates to 4 pax/group
3. We will request for 5 mins of FT time to do the show and tell
4. Each student will bring 1 item that best represent him/herself
5. They will present to the class for a maximum of 1 min.

How do we know if we are successful?:
We will do a poll at the end of term 3 to check if our classmates know each other a little better than the start.

A lot of people are on the internet until late at night.

Intended outcome:
We want everyone in the class to get enough rest.

When do we achieve this outcome?:
By the end of term 3

Why this outcome?:
We want everyone in class to be healthy and full of energy to be ready to learn the following day.
Who are going to help achieve this outcome?:
Class Chairperson

How are we going to help the group to achieve the outcome?:
1. At 9pm, we will remind everyone that they must get enough sleep and at least go to bed by 10pm.
2. At 10 pm, we will remind everyone in class to go to sleep.
3. If there is anyone awake after 10:50pm, we will talk to them in class and try to help them so that they can get more rest, maybe come to a compromise.

How do we know if we are successful?:

Classmates seem to face difficulties when using their iPad as and when in class

Intended outcome:
To help every classmate to be able to solve technical problems on their own independently.

Why this outcome?
We want the class to be tech-savvy.

Who are going to help achieve this outcome?
Myself, AV member in my class and vice-chairman

How are we going to help the group to achieve the outcome:
1. There is already an ongoing program where ICT Ambassadors share bit-size information to the class during morning assembly in term 2.
2. However, my classmates seem to know all the bit-size information. Hence, I can add on extra bit-size information (an additional time of 1 min) to help solve technical problems which I realized are faced by a handful in my class.

How do we know if we are successful?

I want my classmates to pay attention so they improve their marks, since my classmates have gotten their iPad, they do not pay attention rather they use their iPad

1. We will request Teachers to lock their students iPad if they are not going to be using it during the lesson.
2. Tell teachers to lock them into apps.
3. If anyone sees if they are not doing as the teachers ask them. They can report the incident to the teacher. (The teachers will take action.)

Classmates do not take care of their eyes, and do not take breaks in between their phone usage

Intended outcome:
we want everyone to take care of their eyes, and take breaks every 30 minutes to keep their eyes healthy

Why this outcome?:
we want to see if students are able to have self control and maintain a healthy amount of screen time per day

Who is going to help achieve this outcome?:

How are we going to help the group to achieve the outcome?:
1. We will have a class presentation every Tuesday, and tell our classmates about how maintaining a healthy amount of screen time can help their eyes
2. Parents will be given a form, which has columns for each day, till the end of term 3, which requires the parents to write down how much screen time their child used and how long are the breaks in between the usage of their mobile devices

How do we know if we are successful?:
parents are required to sign the paper each day, to prevent the student from writing down fake times for themselves.

Our problem is that our classmate does not pay attention to the ICT ambassadors sharing . They find it boring but they come and look for us when the apps are missing when we have shared before. So therefore, the secondary one ICT ambassadors have decided to come up with a video and after the video ends , we will have a Kahoot! Quiz.

We hope that way we get their attention and they will be able to fix more of the issue they face with their ipad.

Our class do not seem to pay attention during the ICT sharing as most of them already know all of them and only a few people are participative

What we wanted was that they should learn something new that would help them in the future and to have lesser technical issues

So that everyone would know how to solve the issues themselves and carry on with their tasks

The ICT Ambassadors are going to help achieve this outcome

We could make the ICT sharing more interesting by having quizzes and prizes to win at the end of the sharing or do a Kahoot! And the winner would get a prize. I feel that by doing this the students would be more willing to participate

We should do a survey for them and see if they found the prizes and Kahoot! interesting
