The coach uses and references the form that was provided by us and checks off the evidences that she sees. If the evidence is lacking, first, she then does a quick check in to find out why there is lack of evidence. The coach uses the reference guide from us to inform the teacher of what should be seen during observation (The teacher should have be privy to this form at the beginning of the school year as per my recommendation) After reflecting with the teacher, the coach either gives the teacher the necessary tools/next steps to improve. A second attempt is made to go back in the classroom to observe if changes have been made per the form.
