I really enjoy reading in my spare time although for some reason I didn't do much of that during the stay at home order. Recently, I bought the last book in the Twilight series, but I haven't had much time to read it. Something else I like to to do is learning about health and nutrition, so I often look for healthy recipes to cook or other things to do to stay healthy. Something I did during the stay at home order was play board games with my family. We would stay up until 1am sometimes playing Rummikub. I also found some new recipes like whipped coffee. Yum! Also, I found some good series on Netflix to watch. I have mixed feelings about teaching at a distance because, although I enjoy being home, I really miss the daily interaction with you, my students. Seeing you through the screen is just not the same. One personal goal I have is to continue with my exercise routine now that school started. An academic goal is to continue learning new ways of teaching remotely. I also have a goal to get my Spanish Credential so that I can teach it one day. Here's a picture of me:)

During my free time I like to watch youtube and sometimes ill bake something like banana bread.I also like making lemonade for family and friends.I love bananas.When I'm really bored at home I will sit on the floor of my room and think.I think about what I did that day and what I am going to do the next.Do I read? Well I'm in the ,slow, process of reading the book The One and Only Ivan.I am lactose intolerant so I try to limit myself to a certain amount of food with lactose.FYI everything has lactose in it, it's crazy!! I have many hobbies that I really enjoy in my free time. One of them is drawing while listening to music because it helps me stay relaxed. Sometimes I get really relaxed and draw for hours! Another hobby that I have is roller skating. It took me a while to get the hang of it but now I'm pretty good. A thing I did while the stay-at-home order was play board games with my family. Next, I did lots of cleaning and organizing but it paid off because now my house looks really, REALLY clean. I dislike distance learning so much!!! The reason why I don't like it is because I don't get to physically see my teachers, classmates, and friends. A personal goal that I have is to be more outgoing instead of being really shy. One academic goal that I have is to have a 4.0 GPA the whole year.

Some of my hobbies are watching movies i haven't seen before. Another one is skating in a place that has enough space and practice if I'm not inside watching movies and eating i'm outiside with my crazy family. When my parents have a day off of work we like to go out and go to the rivers. While I'm in this pandemic i like cooking for my family i practice and watch videos on how to do things but I'll get better.When we are doing this distance learning is good because we can stay home and not leave only when it's necessary.the pandemic will keep us from the people we won't trust.But when this is all over i wish to go out see my friends and get good grades and go to college.I want to get a good job and have a great future. We all want this but there will be rough times in order to get to the place we want to get at.My photo is bad i know so just enjoy it thanks. <3

Things I like to do in my free time is reading, drawing, watching anime, and playing outside with my little brother. During the stay at home order I didn't really do too much I just stayed at home and went on walks in the afternoon with my family. To be honest I'm not too much of a fan of technology so I don't really like the idea of distance learning and wish to go back to school really soon. Some things i really like to do is skate, listen to music, and go on late night drives, and dance such as bachata and you know just in general mexican bailes. During the stay at home order i didn't really stay home, at the beginning i did but then i started going out. But some things i did was i went hiking with my cousin in the city Monrovia, i also went to Azusa Canyon River, and i went to the beach. Guillermo Salas July 4 2006 some of my hobbies are playing games, playing soccer with my brothers and i like hearing Xxxtentacion music. I really love to read, paint, and color. These activities are relaxing for me and calm me down whenever I am stressed and overwhelmed. I have not gotten to do much during the stay at home order, one fun thing I did though was got to a baby shower for a family friend and babysit a 2-year old. Distance learning has given me mixed feelings so far, at some times I like it at other times I don't. I miss being in school and getting to have in-person class. One personal goal I have is going to my dream college: Notre Dame. It is such an amazing school with so many different programs, and I would be ecstatic if I got to go there. One academic goal I have for this year is to promote with a 4.0 this year, I did it last year and hope to do it this year as well. I am excited to be in Leadership this year and cannot wait to do many fun things for the school.

My hobbies are playing video games, watching movies, reading, building with Lego, and collecting Jurassic Park and Nintendo figures and toys. During the stay at home order I played board games with my family, watched movies, and played Animal Crossing New Horizons. I feel that although I have gotten used to distance learning, I would still prefer to be learning inside an actual classroom. A personal goal I have is to sleep earlier and an academic goal I have is to get a 4.0 GPA this year. I can't wait for yearbook to start after school and I know it will be fun.

Some hobbies I enjoy are swimming, reading, and listening to music. I especially love swimming with my family because spending time together is an important necessity during these difficult times. Things I did over the summer were swimming with my family, sleeping, and talking to people I know. I really love playing soccer with my family and my soccer team. Its fun playing a sport where there is competition and helps me be healthy and energetic , but during the social distancing our team had to cancel our practices and tournaments. Its been a couple of months I haven't played with my soccer team.. I also love reading and painting as a hobby because it helps me discover wonderful things and makes me relax or even calm me. Some of my hobbies are drawing, baking, and listening to music. Things I did during stay at home orders were watch Netflix, bake, and spend time with my sister. I'm currently watching "Once Upon A Time" on Netflix. I baked many things like bread, cakes, and cookies with my mom. My sister and hung out and watched movies together. I have mixed feelings towards distance learning. I like that we don't have to show our faces for some of our classes, we don't really have to get dressed, and that we don't have to wake up as early because we don't have to drive there. I don't like that we don't get to talk to our friends during distance learning and we can't really socialize or make new friends. One personal goal I have is to travel the world with my friends. During my free time I like to read, sing, draw, hang out with friends, and play piano. I can do these things for hours, in fact during quarantine it was pretty much all I did. Me and my friends would zoom each other nearly everyday I'd watch them play video games with each other and although I wanted to I never played along. Instead I'd just pull out a book or played a little melody for them on my piano (they say that music helps them focus but I think they're just trying to be nice). We often talk about how we feel now that school has started and I think It's safe to say that although we enjoy the new experience of online learning we'd much rather be in the actual classroom (which is something i never thought i'd say). Online learning is cool and all but i can't wait for things to go back to normal.
