Two-Bit Mathews (Two-Bit)- oldest and the wisecracker of the gang- about six feet tall- stocky in build- proud of his long rusty colored side burns- gray eyes- wide grin- real name is Keith- everything was a joke to him- famous for shoplifting and his black handled switch blade- always smarting off to cops- h liked fights blondes and school- junior at eighteen and a half- greaser

Dallas Winston (Dally)- elfish face, with high cheekbones and a pointed chin, small, sharp animal teeth, and ears like a lynx- almost white hair- hair fell over his forehead in wisps, kicked out the back in tufts, and curled behind his ears and along the nape of his neck- blue eyes- tougher, colder, and meaner than the rest of the gang- greaser

Johnny Cade- the youngest, next to Pony- smaller than the rest with a slight build- big black eyes- dark tanned face- jet black hair- hair is heavily greased, combed to the side, but was so long tat it fell in shaggy bangs across his forehead- nervous suspicious look in his eyes- his father was always beating him up and his mother ignored him, except when she yelled at him- greaser
