Inequitable because they are marginalised in a first world country by being from a third world country, but aren’t given the resources for things to be made fair and just. Illustrated as the psychosis isn’t as present in their country as origin, the unjust they face from inequities could contribute to the psychosis.

Additionally, for migrants who move away from family, possibly are unfamiliar with the language and culture of a new country, additional mental health resources may be necessary to help them cope with the change.

Being a minority group in a country puts you more at risk compared to not being the minority which suggests there’s something that is happening that causes this suggesting it’s inequitable. Maybe the minority groups need more support but they are not getting this due to equal spread of resources. The resources are not needed as much by the majority groups and thus are being wasted when instead if more resources are given to minority groups it will help them reach the same level as the majority groups

More should be done for minority groups in high income countries to ensure they are offered the same opportunities and aid as others
