         <description><![CDATA[<div>1 You need a pot <br>Ingredients: milk,  tomatoes, mushrooms, potatoes, Chinese cabbage, beef, lamb, fish ball, shrimp ball, hotpot seasoning and water.<br>First, you must cut the vegetables and wash them, after that you have to put some oil in the pot, heat the fire for five minutes  then you must put hotpot seasoning and fry it. A few minutes later you should put some water into the pot . On the same fire boil for 6-8 minutes later you have to pour some milk into the pot and put potatoes, fish ball, shrimp ball, mushrooms at the same time. Continue boiling for 10-13 minutes more, you should put other food like, beef, lamb, Chinese cabbage. but you must quickly boil them for only 2-3 minutes. Lastly turn off the switch.<br><br><br></div>]]></description>

         <description><![CDATA[<div>Ingredients:<br>- Flour "HARINA PAN"<br>- 1 coup hot water or milk<br>- 125 Gr Butter<br>- Salt<br>- Lined cheese&nbsp;<br><br>Preparation:<br><br>Firstly you must use a bowl and add all the special flour inside it, then add a little bit of hot water and stir the mix, you can't stop until you get a consistent dough and add the butter, cheese and salt. After that you should use your hands to knead the soft dough. when you finish mixing you have to let the dough rest around 15 min then you must make the arepas in circular shape. Secondly use a pan on the stove and put the arepas inside and cook for 10 min. You mustn't cook&nbsp;at high temperature.&nbsp;</div>]]></description>

         <description><![CDATA[<div>1.You should prepare 400g pork or beef, 200g potato, 100g carrot, 100g onion and 100g tomato(or you can use tomato sauce instead of it).&nbsp;<br>2. Salt, Soy sauce, Sugar, Some condiment, A green Chinese onion.<br>3. You have to chop the meat and all the vegetables into small pieces.<br>4. Cut the green Chinese onion leaf into slices, and cut the green Chinese onion stalk into chunks.<br>5. Put the cooking oil into the pot, then put the meat and the green Chinese onion leaf slices in and fry them. When the meat changes colour, put a little soy sauce and sugar, fry them about one minute.&nbsp;<br>Then put all the vegetable pieces into the pot and stir until well-combined.<br>6. Put appropriate condiments into the pot, and add about 500g water, then boil them.<br>7. When the water boiling, put some salt into it, then turn down the fire and heat it until it boils and thickens. You mustn't put salt into the pot until the water boiling.&nbsp;<br>8.          <description><![CDATA[<div>Ingredients :<br>1. lemon juice<br>2. fish sauce<br>3. palm suger<br>4. garlics&nbsp;<br>5. long beans<br>6. roasted peanut<br>7. cherry tomatoes<br>8. hot chilies<br>9. dried shrimp<br>10. julienne carrot<br>11. julienne papaya<br><br>method :<br>1.Add garlics, long beans and chilies (however many you like) into the mortar. You have to pound them for a few seconds until the garlics and long beans are crushed and the chilies are reduced to a smaller size.<br>2.Add palm sugar, fish sauce and lemon juice. Then, you should mix and pound them until you're pretty sure the palm sugar is dissolved into the liquid.<br>3.Add roasted peanuts, dried shrimp and sliced cherry tomatoes into the mortar.Pound the mixture for a few seconds just lightly breaking up the cherry tomatoes, dried shrimp and roasted peanuts.You don't have to pound too hard. &nbsp;<br>4.Last step, add julienne carrot and julienne papaya into the mortar.          <description><![CDATA[<div><br>Ingredients:<br>- 250 Ml Condensed milk.<br>- 250 Ml Evaporated milk.<br>- 250 Ml Whole milk.<br>- 1 cup water.<br>-&nbsp; 2&nbsp; spoons of unflavoured gelatine.<br>- Strawberries.<br>- 2 spoons of black sugar.<br>Preparation:<br><br>1. In a glass blender you must combine the same quantity of milks,&nbsp; after that you have to put it&nbsp;in the blender for 3 minutes.<br><br>2. Put&nbsp;cold water into&nbsp;a pot and add 2 spoons of unflavoured gelatine, you must mix it and put it on a&nbsp;stove&nbsp;at a low temperature until it&nbsp;dissolves.<br><br>3. Add the last mix to the blender and again turn it&nbsp;on for 3 minutes and put it&nbsp;in glass container&nbsp;to carry it to the freezer and leave it there for 2 hours.<br><br>4. Chop&nbsp; the strawberries, put it&nbsp;in a pot with black&nbsp; sugar, after that&nbsp;carry it&nbsp;to the stove&nbsp;at low&nbsp;temperature until it&nbsp;is cooked&nbsp;and leave it to&nbsp;cool.<br><br>5. (The marinade doesn't have to be fully covered.)<br>4.After 20 minutes, drain the marinade but you mustn't drain all of it. Leave 10 to 20 % of the marinade, as it will become the seasoning of the coating.<br>5. Coat the amount of potato starch. You must coat to grasp the chicken.<br>6.When the chicken is prepared, You must fry them twice. When we eat it we feel energetic.
