         <description><![CDATA[<div>I wonder if a train the trainer model would help...<br><br>Our challenge is travel and money as well as time&nbsp;<br><br>I think that also having some of these trainings web based as well.<br><br>I so agree that the professional learning is the key to shifting mindset is critical<br><br>I agree with the person who mentioned that teachers don't want to leave the classroom.&nbsp; I struggle with that too &nbsp;<br><br>I find teachers don't know what they don't know.&nbsp; I think there is a suite everyone should get as a whole district but it isn't conducive to do some of this training in large groups<br><br><br></div>]]></description>

         <description><![CDATA[<div>Our challenge is that teachers don't want to leave the classroom.  There have been so many changes that they are trying to keep up with (new learner management system this year - and more sharing of students between teachers) and they feel that they need to dedicate their time to that for right now.  We also have a hard time to find subs.  Our district has talked about managing our workshop time more wisely - maybe switching workshop days to match trainings offered by the Downeast cohort and MCCL.<br><br></div>]]></description>

         <description><![CDATA[<div>We cannot afford (fiscally and from a standpoint of not having too many people out of classes at the same time) to send too many people to any individual training, yet we want to create a tipping point of understanding and change in practice.  A train-the-trainer model would be excellent as would a summer summit.</div>]]></description>

         <description><![CDATA[<div>I like the train the trainer idea.&nbsp;<br><br>What about a video series to help with some of the training as well?<br>Travel, money and time are the challenges. Given small school hard to be out of classroom with subs who can't move students along.<br><br>It would be nice if the training could be offered in an online format that would safe the travel expenses.<br><br><br></div>]]></description>

         <description><![CDATA[<div>A support might be a way for potential registers to see who has already signed up.  Some of our teachers might be more apt to register if there was more knowledge of who might attend in a similar role.   Elementary teachers tend to like to learn with other elementary teachers.</div>]]></description>
