The Victorian era, an era named after the famous monarch Queen Victoria, was a period that was ruled by Queen Victoria, whose reign began on June 20th, 1837, and ended on January 22nd, 1901. After asserting the throne at the age of 18, Queen Victoria had to win back the public's view since she was seen as inexperienced for the job of a reigning monarch. During her reign, Queen Victoria made immense changes to the British Empire, from technology and arts to reinstating/remodeling the public's view of the relevancy of monarchs. She also empowered Britain's government, making it the strongest in the world, making the British Empire the biggest empire, crossing from India, Australia, Canada, New Zealand, and South Africa. Thus making the Empire cover one-fifth of the globe. Beside her was her faithful, loving, and devoted husband, Prince Albert, with whom she had 9 children together, they all went on the spread their monarchy wings along the other nations. While entangling Britain with newer and modern technology, Queen Victoria was no stranger to creating trends in things such as fashion; she created the tradition of wives wearing white on their wedding day, and wearing black to symbolize their mourning. The most important change Queen Victoria made to her empire was the Great Exhibition on May 1st, 1951, this was an event held at the Crystal Palace, which hosted more than 10,000 exhibitors that showed off technological wonders around the world. This brought 6 million people to London in celebration of its global industry, technology, and culture-this was considered the world's first fair.

The time known as the Victorian era, after the well-known ruler Queen Victoria, was governed by her. Her reign ran from June 20, 1837, until January 22, 1901. Queen Victoria had to regain the public's trust after seizing the throne at the age of 18, as she was perceived as unfit for the role of a reigning monarch. Queen Victoria brought about a great deal of change to the British Empire throughout her reign, from advances in science and the arts to a shift in the public's perception of the value of monarchs. She also gave the British government unprecedented power, making it the most powerful in the world and expanding the British Empire to include colonies in Australia, New Zealand, South Africa, India, and New Zealand. Consequently, the Empire spanned one-fifth of the planet. Next to her was Prince Albert, her dedicated, loving, and committed spouse. Together, they had nine children, all of whom went on to expand the monarchy's sphere of influence over other countries. Queen Victoria was no stranger to setting trends in areas like fashion; she established the custom of women wearing black to represent their grief and white on their wedding day, all while entangling Britain with more advanced and contemporary technologies. The most significant alteration Queen Victoria made to her dominion was the Great Exhibition, which took place at the Crystal Palace on May 1, 1951. around 10,000 exhibitors showcased cutting-edge technology from all around the world. This was regarded as the world's first fair and brought six million visitors to London to celebrate its global industry, technology, and culture.
