The first investigative investigation began in March 1610. Soon after the Palatine Juraj Turzo received it on December 29, 1610, in Čachtice, the courthouse in the Byzantine mansion on top of the assistants Elizabeth Batori began on January 2, 1611. The judiciary corps of this interesting criminal case sentenced the assassins to the death penalty. Elizabeth Batori had never been in court before her, and she could not blame her. Witnesses executed immediately after the hearing without the possibility of further interviewing. In the judgment, he only remembers Elizabeth Batori's so much that he left her at the prison in Čachtice Castle, where she stayed until her death in 1614. It is alleged to be preserved in the chaotic church.
