There is something to be said for the tactile experience of building or doing. I think digital modeling in Minecraft or 3D paint is amazing and can't wait to explore further and share what I learn.  I can imagine building a model village in Minecraft or 3D Paint - fabulous. Constructing a volcano in Minecraft and safely changing parameters to see the effects - so powerful.
