I'm feeling like a special needs student because of my role and my content. I'm hoping Samantha will publish a Math Workshop book. :) I know how to generalize ideas from literacy but as a non-classroom teacher, I'm not sure how this fits in my world. I think that next year will be MUCH better because EPS Math is set up workshop style whereas Engage is much more guided.

NEW! At 4pm: Learning targets, I'm in. Makes complete sense to let kiddos know what they're expected to learn. I'm wondering, though, what our vision is or should be for intervention specialists. Is a workshop structure (co-teaching, essentially) the best model for intervention? Or should we use data from workshop to then hone in on super-specific skills?
