An effective method for acquiring vocabulary is needed, one that can be used while learning any language, and this is the one thing I would like to know. The second thing is whether there's one method to teach the right way to pronounce English words, a method that covers about 85% of the words, one that is not based on prior listening or using a dictionary in order to find out a word's IPA writing.
