The team shares all their ideas, then we decide which idea will work best at that time. We then ask the team to select what roles they would like to play and how they will ensure they are doing the work. We meet often to discuss if we are having any issues and to support each other. Then we make decisions. I trust my team members and they do not discourage me. When they aren't able to do the work, they come and openly discuss it with me and we work out new ways in which they can do the work. Negotiation is key.
