There are ways that can help with depression and most of them are scientifically proven by specialists. First, talk to a psychiatrist, go to therapy, and just let it all out. Attending psychotherapy sessions is a huge step and a big part of the treatment. Second, mediation and doing some physical exercises could help with the matter. Working out and exercising is proven to increase Dopamine levels which are called “the happiness hormone”. While it’s increasing, the depression levels are going down. Third, people need to have good nutrition and be in a good diet system to get rid of the mind toxins. In 2017 a study found that a diet that’s rich in vegetables, fruits, and low-fat dairy can lower depression in people who are affected by it. A lot of people felt different after consuming healthy, well-balanced, and natural food. To sum up, depression could be more of a physical and mental issue not just mental, but what we don’t know is there are ways to treat it. We shouldn’t surrender to it, we have to fight it.

https://www.blunt-therapy.com/hard-lessons-about-fighting-depression/

Hadeel B AlMarri - 61301

Going to therapy or attending some sessions is proven to be one of the most effective ways to deal with depression. Talking to a psychiatrist promotes an open and honest conversation about the issues that are causing your depression. You'll work with your therapist to identify and understand how these stressors are affecting your life, as well as build techniques to cope with the symptoms. A qualified counselor or therapist listens to you and allows you to come up with your own solutions to difficulties without judging you during therapy sessions. Therapy is a lot of work, but it will be worth it in the end. It's fulfilling since you'll almost always experience positive results when you concentrate on improving yourself. A diagnosis is an essential part of the solution. Understanding the problem from its core and accepting it will help you develop awareness during stressful moments and think clearly about how to go through it with no problems or struggles. To sum up, psychotherapy sessions are a huge part of treating depression and its symptoms.

https://www.nami.org/Blogs/NAMI-Blog/April-2019/Therapy-Concepts-Everyone-Needs-to-Know

Depression has significant short term and long term effects on the patient. First, Depression can lead to suicide and self harm. Over 700, 000 people suicide every year. When the patient can't handle it anymore and appropriate treatment has not been found, suicide can often be the result. Moreover, some patients do self harm, such as cutting their arms or legs, or stop feeding themselves. Second, It can cause the patient to suffer greatly and function poorly at work, at school and with their family and friends. They can lose focus of their priorities and goals in life and lose the motivation to achieve and to do the things that they like.

Depression is a mood disorder characterized by a persistent sense of sadness. And it is a significant issue because it has an impact on human health. I decided to write about it because so many people are affected by it. And depression can be caused by a variety of factors. To begin with, one of the most important factors causing depression is the pressure of life, specifically various life pressures. These pressures include, for example, family problems such as divorce, financial problems such as not having enough money, and work problems such as being fired. Second, physical illnesses; many people who are ill experience bouts of depression. For example, those who have lost hope in their recovery rate and for whom there is no cure, such as those suffering from cancer or other serious illnesses. Third, the great tragedy is that many people become depressed. When they lose loved ones such as parents or close friends, this is an example of this. To summarize, depression is a serious problem that must be avoided in a variety of ways because it affects human health, psyche, and thoughts. If it affects a person, they should see a psychiatrist as soon as possible because the rise in depression may lead to suicide.

Alanoud Alshammari 65203
https://www.shutterstock.com/image-vector/infographic-depression-cause-trigger-factors-man-2145436675
