In my personal opinion i think that a private school would be the perfect option to implement this technology.

I think the English department should be the one that manage the requirements


3.- Who would you need to submit this proposal to in order to inquire about implementing your new technology? Peruvian Ministry of Education? School Administrators? Local Goverment?
