BlueWaves is a project about caring for the Adriatic Sea. The name BlueWaves was originally chosen by our partners from Italy.
We kept the name and added our town’s name to show that we are part of the project too.

Croatia and Italy share the same sea, so what happens on one coast affects the other.

In this project, we monitor the ASOC Interreg project MAPA, learning how international cooperation helps protect the Adriatic Sea.

Together, we:

- raise awareness

- work across borders

- protect our common sea
