It also can allow businesses to advertise sales, deals and top pick. <br>For example, Boohoo.com, an online clothing retailer, uses email marketing, displaying products they think the consumer will like, as well as personalised picks for existing customers. <br><br>Limitations include the risk that consumers may feel vulnerable and that their privacy has been invaded, especially if they didn't sign up directly to receive the emails.</div>]]></description>

It also allows you to find people with common interests.<br><br>Social media can also work as a promotional tool for companies, artists and musicians. It allows them to reach an impossibly large and diverse amount of people using social media sites.<br><br>Information spreads incredibly fast with the use of the social media. Breaking news and other important can spread like wildfire on these sites. Important things like recalls, storm information, or missing children are all communicated and taken seriously very quickly.</div>]]></description>
