For are first activity witch took place for the most of September and October we did karate with sensei ken who was a polish guy who was a black belt in karate and he taught us all sorts of things in the basics like are stances, punches, blocks and kicks.

one of the reasons I really liked this activity because of sensei ken he made it not boring and introduced games during the training for example we would be split up into groups do do small activities like kicking the pad that your teammate would be holding.

there was only one problem since it was in October and September it was bloody freezing and since we had no hall because it was nocked down so we were out on the back pitch.

overall I think that this was a good activity. we managed to fit a lot into such a short schedule and I felt like I learnt a lot in a short period.

And as you can see from this great photo I am basically a black belt already.

( Rowing machines) For rowing this was actually optional and if you did it you would have to pay 30 euro but all worth it it would happen in between are karate classes witch wasn't the best but really liked this.

2 girls came out to meet us for the first few days so we had the proper posture and that we were using are legs to pull and not are arms and all stuff like that. and then when they left we were able to teach the 6th classes and do races witch were very competitive.

The way it would work is the a group of 2 would take around five kids and there was about five groups and for the first like 20 minutes we would teach them how to row and then for the next 10 minutes there be a race of 1,250 thousand meters and every 250 a kid would change until the meters were done (we won most races).

Then after that we didn't here anything from the rowing until we got told in we were gonna properly row on the water but I was sick so didn't get to experience it sadly but it looked like some crack and id say it was fun to finally get out on the water.

another reason wy I liked this is because it is a great way of getting exercise because it exercises your chest, arms, back. legs and more...

Unfortunately I couldn't get any pictures because I wasn't there.

This started after the karate in November and id say that this was probably my favourite activity out of them all after the first 2 days of playing I finally learnt how to properly play and I knew knew the rules so when that was covered I started playing proper matches and it felt really good.

And I really liked it because you and 1 other person had a whole court to yourself no-one was watching none of that so you could have privacy while playing and I genuinely looked forward to this during the week I genuinely liked it so much I ended up getting a membership at the tennis club.

the one thing was that I wished the instructor got more involved witch I know is hard and all especially since there is so many of us but I just wanted to learn more about the sport. when we came in we would just crab a racked and play that's really it.

this took place after Christmas when we came back from the break in early January and I can confidently say that this was my least favourite activity out them all and no offence to the Zumba teacher but I just didn't like it. I only did this once because the other time I was out so I don't really have much to write about but im glad I actually did it in the first place but it was basically just copy the teacher and dance witch I also found a bit awkward.

We did this in Suttonians rugby club just down the road from the dart station. This was another one I really enjoyed I liked the way that there were many different exercises witch would work out different muscles in the body like the triceps glutes and so on.

the or thing that I didn't like was the cardio outside on the rugby pitch I really hate cardio especially in such long lengths like that we had to do a few laps and then some running games in pairs

Again like the Zumba I only did this 2 times because the second half of the year we didn't really have much time.

This was my second favourite activity mainly because I actually play this sport kinda on the regular so I knew how to play and I was actually kinda good at it and really enjoyed it we did in the industrial estate in Baldoyle it was a pretty good setup they had 8 courts all lined up next to each other. sometimes people would come in so we would have to split the vicinity.

but over all I can't think of anything bad about badminton it was all really good and I had no problems with it.
