Pain in left buttocks area going down in hamstrings

My perception of how well the practitioner listened to patient's complains:
Well listened - and asked questions about what happened during the week (in order to know how the pain evolved throughout)


The patient was evolve in the treatment decision, as it wasn't the first treatment, the patient knew how it was going to be like so explanation of the whole treatment needed

Pain in left SI joint and referred pain in buttocks area and calf 

The student well listened to the patient's complains and asked questions throughout 

The treatment wasn't explained at the beginning, in the future when I will be in clinic I will do my best to explain the treatment but I guess it can happen to forget, because of the stress etc. Although the student isn't graduate he/she was expected to behave in a professional way.

The treatment was explain to the patient even though it was the same treatment as last time
