Men might want to take care of their families or express emotions, while women might excel in careers outside the home. So, this kind of stereotypes often prevent people from living authentically. For example, women can perform jobs that were once considered "men’s work," and men can share caregiving responsibilities thanks to parental leave policies. Equality benefits everyone by allowing flexibility and shared responsibility.
