I have interacted with MagicSchool AI a little bit. I have used it to generate a lesson plan and to help me write some emails. That is about it.

One hope I have in using AI is a way to gain a good understanding of how I can use it for my benefit so I can confidently teach the students I interact with to help them navigate AI and use it responsibly and to their advantage when appropriate. A concern I have is that my students or myself can become too dependent on using AI which becomes a detriment to learning.

I have interacted with AI and have used it to create some writing and research a few topic. One concern is students using it and not understanding the risks.

I haven't interacted with AI. I have attended a session last year but I haven't used it outside of PD.

My biggest concern is having the students use it instead of doing their own work. I think they learn more by doing work on their own.

My hope is to see how I can use it.

I have tried it out however I have not tested it out in the classroom.

I have only used it to create 10 random Algebra problems for goal creation and checking student goal progress.

My concerns are that students are plagiarizing their work. I hope it can assist with other aspects of teaching. Particularly in math possibly?
