Adding on, the receiver also has access to his own privacy, for example, he gets a lock on his door, and a switch to turn of the speakers place in the house to watch the community. No other citizen has the privilege. He understood their were other communities, but this life was all he knew, he wasn't aware of their history. This is no way to live, because although their community may be at peace now, they would never understand what freedom was like, and why they forbid it.
