• They support people in using the internet, computers, and digital tools.

• They can help with setting up accounts and learning new apps.

W (What I Want to Learn):

• I want to know what skills a digital navigator needs.

• I want to learn how they help people with no digital experience.

• I want to know if I can be a digital navigator too.

Honestly, the first day in the program was really hard for me. I felt like I couldn’t understand everything, and everyone around me was speaking so well while I couldn’t speak like them. I felt there was a big gap between me and them. But with time and practice, I started to feel that I’m improving little by little, and I can now speak and participate more than before. Of course, I’m still not perfect, and I still have many things to work on, but I feel like I’m on the right track, and I want to continue and improve myself more.
